How do I login?
Click on the Login link under Users section in the left navigation bar to go to the Login Page. Enter your Login Name and Password and click the "Login" button.

Why do I get an error when I type in my password?
  • Check how you are typing your password. Remember that passwords for Global Sources are case-sensitive. Example, if you entered "numB3R" as a password during registration, the site will only accept "numB3R", not "numb3r" or "NUMB3R".
  • Check if your keyboard CAPS LOCK has been accidentally activated. This may have caused you to unintentionally type your password in the wrong case.

What if I forgot my password?
  • Simply click on Help, I forgot my password at the Login Page.
  • Enter your registered username and e-mail address.
  • Click Reset Password to complete the process
Tradepapa will create a new password and send it with your login name to your registered e-mail address.
 
Then use this new password to login. For your protection, this password is a random, system-generated password. Once you have logged in, you can change your password by clicking on the My Account link under Users section in the left navigation bar.
 
If you cannot remember your registered e-mail address, please contact us.

How do I get my cookies to work?
You will need to configure your browser to accept cookies. You can find out how to make your browser accept cookies here.

How do I update my User Profile?
  • Once logged in, click on the My Account ->Edit Profile link under Users section in the left navigation bar.
  • On the Edit Profile screen, type in your new or updated information in the appropriate fields.
  • Click Save to save your changes.

How do I change my Product Alert settings?
  • Click My Account -> Product Alert in the left navigation bar.
  • Select the type of e-mail update you want to receive by checking or un-checking the appropriate boxes.
  • Click Receive Alert to save the changes.

How do I change my password?
  • Once logged in, click on the click on the My Account -> Change Password link under Users section in the left navigation bar.
  • Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, and then click Save.
