Why should I register with Tradepapa Online?
  • It's FREE
    Registration for our basic services such as product and supplier search and inquiry, and Product Alert are free of charge. There are no hidden costs.
  • Send inquiries direct to suppliers
    Inquire about products in which you are interested using the convenient inquiry form, send multiple inquiries at the same time, and use your updateable profile so the system can pre-complete the inquiry forms with your company and contact information.
  • Personalize your Inquiry Basket
    Your Inquiry Basket remembers the products and suppliers that you have stored, even if you leave the site and come back later.

How do I register?
1. Click on the Register link under Users section in the left navigation bar.
2. Create your account by providing your login name and password.
3. Complete the required fields then click Continue.
   
  Please note: If you are a supplier and have already registered for a Free Listing, you will need to register separately for Tradepapa Online buyer services.

What do you do with my registration information? (Privacy Policy)
  Tradepapa will never give out or sell your personal information to other parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
 

What are the guidelines for choosing a password?
Your password for Tradepapa is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords:
  • Use at least six characters.
  • Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
  • Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your login name or company name as your password.
  • Use a mixture of letters, numbers and punctuation marks — but do not use spaces.

Why do I get the error "This Login Name already exists" when I enter my login name?
This means someone has already registered for Tradepapa Online with that particular login name.
 
What you can do:
  • Use a different login name.
  • If you have registered previously, click on "Forgot your login name or password?" at the Login Page and follow the instructions provided.
  • If you are not sure whether you have registered, please contact us and allow our Customer Services to help you.

Once I'm registered, what happens next?
After registration, click on the Login link under Users section in the left navigation bar. You will then be able to use a much wider range of Tradepapa services. You will also receive a welcome e-mail from Tradepapa which confirms your registration.
 
Important: After registering, we recommend that you go to your My Account page and complete your contact and company information. This ensures that these details are pre-completed in the form each time you send an inquiry. Plus providing more details in a format they are used to receiving, helps suppliers send more focused and appropriate answers to your needs or requests.
 
To do this make sure you are logged into the site. The My Account link will only appear in the left navigation bar after a successful login.
 

Why should I select product categories?
Selecting product categories enables you to use Tradepapa Product Alert.
Product Alert is a customizable e-mail service that updates you on products, suppliers and industry news as soon as these are posted on Tradepapa Online, for the product categories in which you are interested. You can add or remove product categories, or stop receiving Product Alert updates, at any time.
