You want to see all the information - including full-color pictures - that is included in Tradepapa 's e-mail communications to you.
 
Microsoft Outlook 2003
The default Microsoft Outlook 2003 installation does not allow images to be downloaded or displayed on the Tradepapa Product Alert that you receive. To view the images please refer to the following instructions.

Downloading and displaying images in Microsoft Outlook 2003
  • Click on "Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of some pictures in this message" located above the standard email headers at the top of the Message window or the preview pane; Similarly, you can right-click on any of the blocked images, marked with a small square box with a red cross, within the email message to access the display options.
  • Select "Add the Domain @ tradepapa.com to Safe Senders List" or "Add Domain to Safe Senders List" option to include Tradepapa to your safe senders list. This will ensure that images will always be displayed every time you receive email messages from Tradepapa .
  • Alternatively, you may want to select on the "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" option instead. However, by choosing this option, your Microsoft Outlook 2003 email client will only display images for Tradepapa Product Alerts only. Read on to find out how you can get images to be displayed every time you receive emails from Tradepapa .

Congratulations! You should be able to view the images in your Tradepapa Product Alert correctly now



Google Mail (GMail)
In GMail, upon viewing a Tradepapa Product Alert, images are not displayed by default. To allow images to be displayed, please follow the instructions.


Downloading and displaying images in Google Mail

Click on the "Always display images from admin@tradepapa.com" hyperlink in the green-highlighted area located above the email message under the header, "Images are not displayed". This will ensure that images will always be displayed correctly every time you receive or read a Tradepapa Product Alert.

Alternatively, you can view the images by clicking on the "Display images below" hyperlink in the same green-highlighted area located above the email message under the header, "Images are not displayed". This however, is only a temporary solution and you will be required to perform the same step every time you open or read a Tradepapa Product Alert.

Read on to find out how you can get images to be displayed every time you receive emails from Tradepapa.

Congratulations! You should be able to view the images in your Tradepapa Product Alert correctly now.


MSN Hotmail

If you use MSN Hotmail, the default settings enable images to be displayed in the e-mails that you receive. However, if you are unable to view the images please follow the instructions below:

Downloading and displaying images in MSN Hotmail

  • Click on "Options" hyperlink located at the upper right hand corner of the MSN Hotmail.
  • Click on "Mail" from the left menu panel and then click on the "Mail Display Settings" hyperlink to access the Mail Display Settings options.
  • Corresponding to the "Display Internet Content" section, check the "Display Internet content" radio button.
  • Click on the "OK" button to save your settings. Return to the Tradepapa Product Alert in your inbox, you should be able to view the images now.
Congratulations! You should be able to view the images in your Tradepapa Product Alert correctly now.

Yahoo! mail

If you use Yahoo! mail, the default settings enable images to be displayed in the e-mails that you receive. However, if you are unable to view the images please follow the instructions below:

Downloading and displaying images in Yahoo! mail

  • Click on "Options" hyperlink, which is located at the top right hand corner of Yahoo! mail.
  • Then click on the "General Preferences" hyperlink, which is located in the column under the header, "Management".
  • Scroll down to the "Messages" section; Make sure that the checkbox for "Block HTML graphics in email messages from being downloaded" is unchecked.
  • Click on the "Save" button to save your settings. Return to the Tradepapa Product Alert in your Inbox, you should be able to view the images now.
