Why should I register with Tradepapa Online?

How do I register
  • Click on the Register link under Supplier section in the left navigation bar
  • Create your account by providing all the necessary information
  • Complete the required fields then click Register.
  • Your application will be then submitted to the admin for processing. Once your membership had been approved by the administrator, you will be notified via email.
Please note: If you are a user and have already registered for a Free Listing, you will need to register separately for Tradepapa Online supplier services.
What do you do with my registration information? (Privacy Policy)
  Tradepapa will never give out or sell your personal information to other parties. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
 
What are the guidelines for choosing a password?
Your password for Tradepapa is case-sensitive. We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords:
  • Use at least six characters.
  • Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.
  • Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your login name or company name as your password.
  • Use a mixture of letters, numbers and punctuation marks — but do not use spaces.
Why do I get the error "Sorry, this username has been taken" when I click Register button?
This means someone has already registered for Tradepapa Online with that particular login name.
What you can do:
  • Use a different login name.
  • If you have registered previously, click on "Help, I forgot my Password" at the Login Page and follow the instructions provided.
  • If you are not sure whether you have registered, please contact us and allow our Customer Services to help you.
Once I'm registered, what happens next?

After registration, your application will be sent to administrator for processing. Once your application has been approved, an email will be sent to notify you.

Then, click on the Login link under Supplier section in the left navigation bar. You will then be able to manage your accounts , and products information.
