1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to
tradepapa.com’s free service (the”Service”).
The following terms forth the terms and conditions of Buyertrade Free
Membership Agreement (this “Agreement”) between you and
tradepapa.com.
("
tradepapa") under which tradepapa offers
you access to the Service through the web site identified by the uniform
resource locator www.tradepapa.com (the "
Site").
By using this tradepapa’s Services will automatically indicate your
consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. tradepapa reserves
the sole discretion to periodically amend or update these Terms and Conditions
of this Site without prior notice to you. The amended and updated Agreement
shall be effective upon posting and your continued use of the Service
shall be deemed to the acceptance of the amended terms.
2. Services
The Service will be offered free-of-charge for an unspecified time period
and will have the following core features (which may be added to or
modified, or suspended for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance purposes,
from time to time at the sole discretion of tradepapa and notified to
you) ("Free Member Benefits"):
1) Company Profile – Members are entitled to display and edit
basic information and background of the company.
2) Products/Services – Members are entitled to display and edit
pictures, description and specification of the products.
3) Business Matching Session – Members could arrange for business
appointment during IBE 2007 through buyer’s enquiry.
Tradepapa may terminate all or part of the above Free Member Benefits
at any time in its sole discretion. Tradepapa reserves the right to
charge for the Service at any time in its sole discretion. Member agree
not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial
purposed, any portion of the Services, use of the Services or access
to the Services.
3. Member Account
Member who use the Services hereby agree to: (a) provide true, accurate,
current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration
form in the “Site” and (b) mainly and promptly update all
information to keep it update, accurate, current, true and comprehensive.
Tradepapa reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and
refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if you provide
any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

Tradepapa will issue a Member ID and Password (which shall be chosen
by the Member during registration process) to each Member to access
to the Service through such Member’s Account. Member shall be
held solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its Member
ID and Password and agree to be bind with the responsibility for all
activities occur under your account or password.
Member who shares account or allowing multiple users shall agree to
accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the “Site”
resulting from such access or use. Tradepapa shall not be liable for
any loss or damages as a result of wrongful use and Tradepapa reserve
the right to request Member to indemnify Tradepapa against any loss
or damages.
Terms and Conditions applied in Content
As a user of the Website, you agree to take responsibility for any information,
data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages,
views, opinions, advices or other materials ("Content") which
you publicly post or privately transmit using the Website's features.
This means that you are solely responsible for all Content that you

h. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains
software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed
to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software
or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner
that negatively affects other participants' ability to engage in real
time exchanges;
j. interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the
Website or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations
of networks connected to the Services;
k. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law;
l. stalk or otherwise harass another; or
m. impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a
Beautymalaysia.com official, forum moderator, guide or host, or falsely
state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
We do not control the Content posted and as such, we do not guarantee
or endorse the accuracy, integrity, correctness, completeness, reliability
or quality of such Content. By using the Services, you understand that
you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
We however at our discretion, shall have the right (but not the obligation)
to remove any Content that we deem unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive
of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
Under no circumstances will Tradepapa be liable in any way for any Content,
for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage
of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed
or otherwise transmitted via the Website.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with,
the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, correctness,
completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge
that you may not rely on any Content created by Beautymalaysia.com or
submitted to Tradepapa in any parts of the Website.
You acknowledge and agree that Tradepapa may preserve all Content and
may also disclose the same if required to do so by law or in the good
faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary
to:
n. comply with legal process;
o. enforce these Terms and Conditions;
p. respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties;
or
q. protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Beautymalaysia.com,
its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the
Services, including your Content, may involve:

information and enquires between buyers and suppliers of products
and services. No transaction will be allowed in buyertrade.com site.

with supplier

Submissions
All Content which you elect to submit or post for inclusion in publicly
accessible areas of the Website ("Submission") shall be treated
as non-proprietary and non-confidential and you agree to grant tradepapa.com
the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable
right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content
(in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works
in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed,
alone or as part of other works.
You also acknowledge that your Submission may not be returned and we
may use your Submission, and any ideas, concepts or know how contained
therein, for any purpose including, without limitation, developing,

General Practices and Limits

limits concerning use of the Services, including without limitation
the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings
or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Website, the maximum
number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account
on the Website, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent
from or received by an account on the Website, the maximum disk space
that will be allotted on tradepapa.com 's servers on your behalf, and
the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you
may access the Services in a given period of time. You agree that Tradepapa
has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store
